• Work around your schedule to preview homes 

• Continually search for any new listings and call you 

• Search and obtain all pertinent information: Disclosure Statements, Title Searches, Building Schemes, Easements, Plot Plans, Site surveys, Well Logs, Water Tests, Septic Fields, plus any other details that you may want 

• Advise and council you, without prejudice 

• Give to you a list of comparable sales of similar homes

• Write the contract of purchase, protecting you at all times 

• Thoroughly explain all the details of your offer If you need to sell a home, I can help with this as well 

• Negotiate with the seller and or Seller's agent 

• Keep you informed as to how your offer is proceeding 

• Can help with Mortgage Qualifications or Pre-Qualifications 

Once you have moved in, we'll still be in contact with you, just to see how you are doing, keeping you informed as to what's happening in the real estate market and more importantly in your area.
